Refund Policy

We put our heart & soul into bringing the product to you. We wish that you will love it when you open the product box and we genuinely hope you are as enthusiastic as we are for leaving greener earth to the next generation.

We understand that there could be a mismatch of expectations in a few cases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return & get a refund or exchange any product(s), You are required to send an email to support@theyugo.in within 2 days from the date of delivery of the product(s) or if you need assistance, please whatsapp here

If You receive a product that has any defect or damage, please inform us at support@theyugo.in within 72 hours of delivery of the product with the order id. If the defect or damage has not been communicated to us within 72 hours of receipt of the product(s), We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product.

Only shipping fees/handling charges fees is non-refundable. All returned products should be undamaged and in the same condition in which they were delivered
We aim to process all returns within 5- 7 days of receiving and inspecting the product.

Please do not accept any tampered packages, hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
